This policy describes how JobAI Toolkit handles information on this website. It is written for the current product. If we add accounts, analytics, or advertising, we will update this page before those features collect new data.

Information you provide

Tool forms may ask for job titles, resume text, job descriptions, and similar application material. The salary calculator runs in your browser and does not send numbers to our servers. The Resume Bullet Generator, Resume Keyword Matcher, Cover Letter Generator, and Interview Question Generator send the information you submit from our server to OpenAI when you request a result. These tools do not require an account.

The contact form opens a message in your email app addressed to contact@jobprepdesk.com. We receive whatever you choose to send in that email.

Information collected automatically

Hosting providers typically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested URLs to operate and secure the site. We do not currently run a separate analytics or advertising script.

AI processing

When you run one of the AI tools, the text you provide is sent from our server to OpenAI so it can generate the requested draft or analysis. API keys stay on the server and are not exposed in client-side code. This application does not intentionally store generated results in a database. Server logs may record technical usage such as model name, token counts, and estimated cost for operations and cost monitoring. Those logs are not intended to include API keys, resume text, job descriptions, or generated content.

Do not submit information you do not want processed by OpenAI. This page does not describe OpenAI’s own retention, training, or deletion practices. Review OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy if you need those details.

Your choices

You can use the salary calculator without sending form data to us. You can avoid the AI tools if you do not want resume text or job descriptions processed. To ask a privacy question, use the contact page.

Children

The site is intended for adults looking for work. It is not directed at children under 13.
